Sony World Photography Awards 2012

The World Photography Organisation has just recently revealed the 2012 shortlist for its annual Sony World Photography Awards. The yearly competition accepts entries from all around the world. This year, there were more than 112,000 entries from 171 countries.

The World Photography Organisation (WPO) proudly supports professional, amateur and student photography, lending a global platform for the photographic industry to communicate, network and showcase current trends in Photojournalism, Fine Art and Commercial Photography.
